Stephen Meek is a Founder Trustee of SMILE Children's Charity and has played a central role in shaping the charity's mission, values and long-term vision. He brings extensive experience in establishing and managing successful businesses, with strengths in planning, performance management, risk oversight and partnership development.

Stephen's lived experience as a parent carer strongly informs SMILE's focus on dignity, accessibility and practical family support. He remains actively involved in guiding the charity's strategic direction.
